STOCK RETURN POLICY
Items are returnable or exchangable within 2 days upon receiving, if customer wish to return or exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:
Important Notes :
1.     Customers may need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
2.     Items must be return in the original packaging include taps, tag, carton or boxes. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
3.     If the request for returning is later than 2 days upon receiving, the return request will not be entertained.
4.     We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we will only cover the shipping fees for the replacement items if the returned items are due to damaged stocks or items that stained massively.
Returnable/Exchangable Section
  • Items that are terribly damage or stained before the CAP of bottle was opened.
  • Item's color which received was incorrect compared with the order.
  • Item's power which received was incorrect compared with the order.
  • Item's design which received was incorrect compared with the order.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangable Section
  • Items were strightly not returnable/exchangable once the CAP of bottle was opened.
  • Items which damage or stained during postal period was not returnable/exchangable.
  • Buyers who did not inform us regarding the reason for exhange and post the item back directly will not be entertained.
  • Sold Out Items are not available for exchange.
